Below is a typical sequence of how reports are batch printed.
| 1. | A report is typed in ChartNet and distributed to a Batch Queue Device. |
| 2 | The Batch Queue Device creates a Header File that is placed in a Batch Queue folder. |
| 3. | The Batch Controller (mtbatch) program is run. |
| 4. | The user clicks on the Batch Queue to print |
| 5. | The user clicks on Import to import the Header Files in the Batch Queue folder into the Distribution Queue file for printing. This empties the Batch Queue folder. |
| 6. | The user distributes (prints) the reports in the Distribution Queue. |
| 7. | The user clears the Distribution Queue, which automatically backs up the Distribution Queue to the backup folder. |
