After all of the necessary records have been created, the final step is testing. Follow the procedure below to test your batch.
| 1. | Start ChartNet Transcription and create a few test reports. The Distribution screen should show the batch queue device in the list. If not, then you did not update the Form by assigning a Batch Queue Device as one of its default distributions. |
| 2. | Start the Batch Controller. You should see your Batch Control records in the blue list and there should be non-zero numbers in the "Import" column. If nothing is showing on the blue screen, it means that no Batch Control records were created, or the Batch Controller is not accessing the correct site. Check the /Site=[site] parameter on the command line. |
| 3. | Double-click on the Batch Queue that has the test reports. |
| 4. | A yellow screen should appear. If the batch is not set up to auto-import, then click on the Import button. |
| 5. | The test reports should appear in the grid. |
| 6. | Click on the Distribute button. Then select the distribution to do, then click on OK. |
| 7. | The reports should print. |
