Top Previous Next |
|
You can also export the startup files using the System Utilities program. The main difference between using the File Manager and using the System Utilities is that System Utilities requires a few more steps to export startup files, but is easier to use when you need to export just one site to a home user, or just the system tables, for example.
Open System Utilities (mtutils.exe).
To export just the System Dictionaries (i.e. Calcs, Sites, Fields, Users, User Groups), click the Export System Dictionaries button.
Enter a transcriptionist code in the box under Export to Home User(s)
Click OK.
Click OK again.
To export Site Dictionaries (i.e. Forms, Doctors, Addresses, Devices, etc.), click on the Export Site Dictionaries button.
Enter a single transcriptionist code (or ALL if you wish to distribute the files to all transcriptionists).
Enter a the site code you wish to export to the users (or ALL) in the next box.
Click OK.
Click OK again. |
