ChartNet keeps track of each user's productivity by automatically tallying statistics each time a report is created or edited. Total characters typed, lines typed, and total time spend in word processing are some of the statistics that are kept. Each user can view and print their statistics for the current day, or any day in the past by following the steps below:
| 1. | While in ChartNet, select "User" from the main menu at the top |
| 2. | Select "Stats" from the User sub-menu |
| 3. | A windows that shows the detail of each report typed today is shown (see below) |
| 4. | To view the detail for a different day, click on the down arrow next to the "Date to Display" field located at the bottom of the stats window. Each time the down arrow is clicked, the statistics for the prior day are displayed. |
| 5. | To obtain a summary of the last 20 days of activity, press the "Display Summary" button located on the side panel. To return to the "detail" view, select the button "Detail View". |
| 6. | To print a copy of what is currently showing on the screen, select the "Print" button. |
| 7. | To cancel the stats screen and return to ChartNet, press ESC or select the "Cancel" button. |
