In the event that your PC crashes (for example, due to a power failure) you can recover the report on which you were last working by performing the following steps.
| 1. | Startup ChartNet and login |
| 2. | Search for and select the report on which you were last working on. |
| (Hint- You can use the F4 key to select the last report you worked on) |
| 3. | The Report Options screen will appear (with a blank report window) |
| 4. | Press F1 to do a report edit |
| 5. | The word processing screen will appear (with a blank screen) |
| 6. | From the top menu, select "File" |
| 7. | From the "File" menu, select "Restore from backup" |
| 8. | When prompted to continue, select "Yes" |
| 9. | The report will be copied back into the word processing screen as of the last time the report was backed up (usually every 2 minutes). |
