ChartNet has its own e-mail facility built-in. Managers can send e-mail messages to individual users, or groups of users. The e-mail feature is found under the "User" menu in the main menu of the ChartNet Transcription program. The user's "in box" screen will appear showing all messages received in reverse chronological order. From this screen, you can read messages, compose new messages, and delete old message.
