Start the Batch Controller by double-clicking on it's icon.
The main screen will be displayed showing the name of each batch and the number of reports ready to be imported.

Double-click on the batch to be printed.
The screen will change to Batch Detail mode (yellow).

If this batch is setup to auto-import, then any reports in the import queue will be imported into the detail view.
If not setup for auto-import, then you must manually click on the Import button to import the reports.
Click on the Distribute button to begin the distribution process. A Distribute Batch screen showing a list of available distributions will be displayed.

Click on the Select check-box of the distribution that you wish to do. Note- There may be more than one distribution listed. If so, you can select all of them or select one at a time.
Click on OK.
The reports in the batch detail will be distributed and the Status area on the screen will show the progress.
After all reports are printed, Click on Cancel to return to the prior screen.
If the batch has been setup to auto-clear, then the batch detail will be backed up to the backup folder and the batch will be cleared. If not, then you must manually clear the batch by clicking on the Clear button. Before the batch is cleared, it will be backed up.
