There are 3 ways to request jobs- by Work Pool, by Filter, and by Jobs in Review. You can request jobs by any of these methods, but you will most likely be requesting jobs using one method most of the time. The method of requesting jobs that you use most of the time should be your "default" request method that was defined in the Options screen.
There are two ways to request jobs using your default method. Method 1: Click on the "Request" menu at the top and then "Request Jobs (using default method". Method 2: Click on the tool button that looks like a gray "down arrow".
The panel at the bottom of the screen will show the progress of your request.
The program will connect to the host server, attempt to login, then start downloading jobs.
If the login fails, it is probably due to entering an incorrect ID Code or Password. To correct this, select Server from the main menu, then Select Host Server, then re-enter your ID and Password.
The screen above shows that 5 jobs were downloaded.
