Before you can begin using the Web Portal, options on Internet Explorer needs adjusted.
Open Internet Explorer by double clicking on it's icon.
Under Tools on the File Menu choose Internet Options.
Click on the Security tab.
Click on the Custom Level button
Under Active X controls and plug-ins, check the enable box on all of the Active X options:
Allow previously unused ActiveX controls to run without prompting = Disabled Allow Scriplets = Disabled Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls = Disabled Binary and script behaviors = Enabled Display video and animation on a webpage that does not use external media player = Disabled Download signed ActiveX controls = Enabled Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe for scripting = Disabled Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins = Enabled Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting* = Enabled
Click on "OK" to save the settings.
Next, in order to avoid JavaScript errors, click on the Advanced tab.
Check the "Disable script debugging"
Uncheck the "Display a notification about every script error"
You are now ready to connect to the Web Portal.
