The "Distribution" screen is where you define the devices that will be listed in the ChartNet "Distribution Screen" after a report is typed. You may insert as many devices in the list as required.
Distribution Type
| Default | If the form or the provider is not flagged for e-signing, then just the Default devices will be used for distribution. |
| Pre-Sign | If the form and provider are flagged for e-sign, then just the Pre-Sign devices will be used for distribution prior to the report being e-signed. |
| Post-Sign | If the form and provider are flagged for e-sign, then just the Post-Sign devices will be used for distribution after the report is e-signed. |
Copy Description
An optional field that you can use to specify who a printed copy of the report is to go to. For example, "Chart Copy", or "Physician Copy". The text in this field will be merged into the report wherever the [X.COPY ] bracketed field appears.
Copies
An optional number of copies to print (if the device is a printer). The default is 1.
Device for printing cc: copies
Allows you to specify an override device that will be used for distributing cc: copies. If left blank, then the cc: device specified in the Sites file will be used.
