This form will be signed electronically by provider
If checked, the report will be held for electronic signature if the dictating provider is also flagged for e-signing. If the dictating provider is flagged for electronic signature but the form is not, then the report will not be placed into the e-sign queue.
Ask transcriptionist before adding report to electronic signature file
If checked, the transcriptionist will be asked whether or not to add the report to the e-sign queue after the report is typed. This option is normally only used for Pathology transcription so that the gross dictation can be typed followed by the micro dictation. The user would answer 'No' after the gross is typed, then 'Yes' after the micro is typed. Normally unchecked.
Auto-distribute report after electronic signature by provider
If checked, then after e-signing a report, the system will automatically distribute the report according to the Post-Signature distribution list and the provider will not be prompted with the Distribution Screen. Normally checked.
Before report signed, distribute using Pre-Signature distribution
If checked, after the report is typed and before it is signed, the report will be distributed according to the Pre-Signature distribution list. Normally checked.
After report signed, distribute using Post-Signature distribution
If checked, after the report is signed, the report will be distributed according to the Post-Signature distribution list. Normally checked.
When should CC copies be distributed
Indicates when CC copies should be distributed when the report is e-signed. Choices are "POST-SIGN" (the default), "PRE-SIGN", or "BOTH".
