The page height (inches). Normally 11.

Top
The top margin (inches).
Bottom
The bottom margin (inches)

File name
The name of the graphic file, including the extension. The file must reside in the site's folder.
Top
The position on the page where the top of the graphic will start.
Left
The position on the page where the left side of the graphic will start.
Print on page 1 only
If checked, the graphic will print on page 1 only.
Font
Default Font Name
Select from the drop-down box the default font for this form.
Default Font Size
Select from the drop-down box the default font size for this form.
Override Default Tab Size
An override tab size.
Automatic Page Numbering
Automatically print page numbers
If checked, page numbers will be automatically printed either in the header or the footer. Note that you do not have any control over the placement of the page numbers.
Skip first page
If checked, will not print page numbers on the first page.
Print location
Select either "Header" or "Footer".
Automatic orphan control of the signature line
Method
Indicates whether auto-orphan control should be done. Possible choices are:
(Blank) - no auto-orphan control will be done
PROMPT - user will be prompted to check for orphaning and is responsible for inserting a manual page break at the appropriate location if orphaning will occur.
AUTOMATIC - the system will automatically check for a possible orphaned signature block and will automatically insert a hard page break at print time to bring down lines from the last paragraph.
Minimum number of body lines on last page
Indicates how many body lines should be present on the last page, before the signature block is printed.
Other Flags
Header on first page only
Print the Header on the first page only.
Header not on first page
Print the Header on all pages except the first page.
Do not print headers/footers in margins
Normally, the headers and footers are printed "inside" the top and bottom margin areas of the page. Checking this box will cause headers and footers not to print inside the margins. Please refer to the topic Header/Footer Options for more information.
Do not insert report footer into report at beginning of word processing
Checking this box will prevent ChartNet from automatically inserting the Report Footer into the report when a new report is created in word processing.
Do not automatically add CC: list to end of report
Normally, ChartNet will automatically insert the list of cc: names at the very end of the report when the report is printed. If you want to change where the cc: list is inserted or control the formatting of the cc: list, then check this box and use one of the special cc: bracketed fields.
