Turnaround Time Goal Hours (stats)
Specifies the goal to be used for "stat" reports when calculating the turnaround time.
Turnaround Time Goal Hours (non-stats)
Specifies the goal to be used for non-stat report when calculating the turnaround time.
Optional Weight Factor
Specifies an optional weight factor to be used when calculating the number of characters for the report. For example, a form with weight factor of 1.5 will cause the number of characters to be multiplied by 1.5. The default weight factor is 1.0.
Dictation Interface Subject Field Code
If an interface from a dictation system is being used, this field specifies what the "subject" field in the dictation interface record represents. Valid codes are "A" for account number, "M" for medical record number, and "O" for order number.
Dictation Interface MPI Lookup Field
If an interface from a dictation system is being used, this field specifies which index to use when doing the lookup in the MPI file. Valid codes are "A" for account number or "M" for medical record number.
Override Site Calc Code
Specifies an override calculation code record to use when calculating billing statistics. If left blank, the calculation code defined in the Sites file will be used.
Override Transcriptionist Calc Code
Specifies an override calculation code record to use when calculating transcription statistics. If left blank, the calculation code defined in the User's record will be used (unless an override transcription calculation code is defined in the Sites file).
Interface File Description
Is used in cases where the report is being interfaced to another computer system (usually via an HL7 interface) and the interface needs to know what type of document the report represents. For example, a Discharge Summary report might need to have the code "DISCHGSUM" passed to another system.
If Multiple Remote Sites, Only Distribute Report At This Site
Enter a site code in this field in cases where the account has multiple remote ChartNet servers installed and you only want to distribute reports with this form type at just one of the remote locations. Note - The same effect can be caused by creating a device and specifying a the remote site that the device can only be distributed at.
If Multiple Remote Sites, Fax Reports From This Site
Enter a site code in this field in cases where the account has multiple remote ChartNet servers installed and faxing is done from one of those remote sites.
