SG07_Forms Page Footer

 

The "Page Footer" screen is used to define what will appear at the bottom of every page of the report.  The page footer can contain bracketed fields so that data can be merged into the page footer at print time.  Bracketed fields are described in the topic Bracketed Fields.  If you need help remembering what bracketed fields are available, you can click on the "Insert Field" button, which will bring up a list of all bracketed fields from which you can choose.

 

The field "Number of characters in page footer to add to the reports character count" must have a value in it if you want to count the page footer characters in the transcription and/or billing calculations.
